Associate Director, Data Science

Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions, including Generative AI and LLMs, to drive business value and conduct applied research. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions, establish documentation, and champion AI/ML best practices.

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions using Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and RAG
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Business, and Engineering
• Establish and maintain high-quality documentation of model development processes
• Champion AI/ML best practices and governance standards
• Transform large volumes of structured and unstructured data into actionable insights
• Shape the future AI strategy of the organisation
