People Data Lead

Hudson River Trading is seeking a People Analytics Lead to drive the strategic direction and operational maturity of their People Analytics function. This role will transform People Analytics into an insights-driven partner, architecting data infrastructure, building dashboards and predictive models, and advising the business on people data.

• Own strategic direction and operational maturity of People Analytics
• Architect people data infrastructure and govern data repository
• Build predictive models for headcount growth and forecasting
• Develop automated dashboards for self-service needs
• Translate complex findings into actionable narratives for non-technical audiences
• Manage, mentor, and develop the People Analytics team
