Staff Data Scientist

GE HealthCare is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to develop and deploy intelligent healthcare solutions using NLP, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. This role involves building scalable data pipelines, designing production-ready AI services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into healthcare products.

• Develop, train, and optimize NLP/ML models for clinical document understanding
• Build scalable data pipelines for data acquisition, annotation, and model training
• Design and implement production-ready AI services, APIs, and microservices
• Deploy and monitor AI models using MLOps best practices
• Collaborate with software engineering, product management, and clinical experts
• Ensure compliance with healthcare quality, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
