Lead Data Analyst

ParetoHealth is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join their Analytics team. This role focuses on leveraging healthcare data to drive business strategy and decision-making. You will lead end-to-end analyses, translate complex data into actionable insights, and collaborate with Data Scientists and stakeholders to improve business outcomes. This is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities.

• Lead end-to-end analyses of complex healthcare data
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business priorities into analytical approaches
• Design, test, and refine methodologies for analytical questions
• Build and maintain robust SQL queries and analytical datasets
• Deliver decision-ready insights through clear visualizations and summaries
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Analytics teammates
