Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at Rho, you will be instrumental in empowering both human and AI consumers with reliable data and actionable insights. This end-to-end role spans data pipelining, modeling, and delivering strategic recommendations to drive business decisions. You will build the semantic layer that defines how Rho measures success and collaborate cross-functionally to translate analyses into impactful outcomes.

• Drive business decision-making through stakeholder collaboration and actionable recommendations
• Enhance data enablement by building and maintaining data models with dbt
• Ensure data accuracy and usefulness for both human and AI consumers
• Own BI reporting for multiple business verticals
• 2-4 years of experience as a data analyst or similar role
• Strong SQL skills and experience with dbt or similar data transformation frameworks
