About this role

UBC Sauder School of Business is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Creative Destruction Lab (CDL). This role involves transforming data into actionable insights on stakeholder behavior and operational effectiveness, developing new reporting tools, and advising leadership to support data-driven decision-making. You will manage data flow between platforms like Salesforce and Airtable, conduct qualitative and quantitative research, and design reporting systems.

What we are looking for

Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets
Develop reporting tools and data visualizations
Advise leadership on strategic targets and KPIs
Manage data flow between Salesforce, Airtable, and Google Drive
