Business Analytics Analyst

As a Business Analytics Analyst at Citi, you will monitor, assess, and analyze processes and data to identify policy gaps and make recommendations. You will interpret data, research factual information, and integrate disciplinary knowledge with industry practices to impact business objectives within your team.

• Gather operational data from cross-functional stakeholders
• Identify data patterns and trends to enhance business decision-making
• Recommend actions for future developments and strategic opportunities
• Translate data into consumer/customer behavioral insights
• Continuously improve processes by evaluating new data sources and tools
