Manager, BI Analytics

Lead the development and deployment of digital products and operational strategies using BI and analytics to enhance customer experiences and drive efficiency for Republic Services' field organization. This role involves managing a team of analysts, overseeing the BI-Analytics product lifecycle within Agile/Scrum frameworks, and communicating performance metrics to stakeholders.

• Manage BI-Analytics product lifecycle within Agile/Scrum and CI/CD
• Develop and deploy enterprise BI platforms (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)
• Analyze operational data and create reporting capabilities
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders
• Direct people management responsibilities for analysts
