Senior - Data scientist Manager

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Senior Data Scientist Manager to lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions for Service and Operations Analytics. This role involves influencing strategy, deploying AI at scale, and translating complex data into actionable business insights. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of data science solutions and serve as a technical leader and thought partner.

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions using statistical analysis, forecasting, predictive modeling, and GenAI
• Translate business needs into analytical approaches and communicate actionable insights
• Manage the full lifecycle of data science and AI solutions from problem framing to production deployment
• Lead analytics strategy for recommendation engines, partnering with product and technology teams
• Ensure solutions adhere to data, model, and AI governance standards
• Serve as a technical leader, advancing best practices and mentoring peers
