Associate Director, Data Science & AI Solutions

Lead the design, deployment, and lifecycle of next-generation AI and data science solutions within R&D Quality Assurance. Bridge advanced software development with business strategy, collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities and ensure AI tools are robust, compliant, and scalable.

• Build, deploy, and maintain advanced AI applications including RAG and agentic systems
• Develop frameworks for AI governance and regulatory compliance in GxP environments
• Translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders and leadership
• Identify high-value data science and AI use cases by understanding business needs
• Mentor QA team members on modern tech stacks and LLMs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed organization
