About this role

Lead the development and evolution of Medline Canada's data foundation, business intelligence, and analytics capabilities. You will establish the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for a secure, scalable Microsoft Fabric-based data platform, overseeing a team responsible for data architecture, engineering, governance, and Power BI solutions. This role is crucial for enabling trusted data products that support operational reporting, executive decision-making, and future AI initiatives.

Define and execute data platform, BI, and analytics strategy and roadmap
Lead architecture, implementation, and operation of Microsoft Fabric data foundation
Establish scalable patterns for data ingestion, transformation, and semantic modeling
Oversee data integration from SAP, CRM, eCommerce, and other enterprise systems
Deliver governed data products, Power BI models, dashboards, and analytical datasets
Build, lead, and develop a multidisciplinary data and analytics team
