About this role

As a BI Analyst, you will be a strategic analytics partner for the Federal Employee Program (FEP) Clinical Operations team. You will deliver actionable business intelligence, operational reporting, and data-driven recommendations to enhance program performance, member outcomes, and operational effectiveness. This role involves advanced data analysis, dashboard development, and stakeholder engagement to drive improvements in quality, cost, and member experience.

What we are looking for

Partner with Clinical Operations and business stakeholders to develop analytical solutions
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports
Analyze healthcare claims, member, provider, and operational data
Develop recurring and ad hoc operational and financial reporting
Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to leadership
Validate data accuracy and ensure reporting consistency
