Amplify Data Analyst

As an Amplify Data Analyst, you will provide critical analytical support to drive business decisions and improve performance across our organization. You will analyze data, build dashboards, and present insights to internal teams and external partners, playing a key role in strengthening relationships and optimizing operational effectiveness. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategic initiatives and contribute to a more transparent and trustworthy approach to health insurance.

• Provide data and analytical support for Carrier and Sales Center teams
• Represent Amplify in carrier-facing meetings, providing analytical expertise
• Analyze data from eHealth reports and carrier platforms to present actionable insights
• Organize and track performance across multiple channels to optimize outcomes
• Support the implementation of new programs by defining and reporting KPIs
• Develop forecasting models and financial reports to support decision-making
