Data Scientist

This role focuses on managing and analyzing customer care data for the EMEA region to track performance and identify areas for improvement. You will be responsible for data collection, analysis, reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and support business objectives.

• Manage customer care data analysis and reporting for EMEA markets
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets
• Create and present data reports and visualizations
