Staff, Data Science & Applied AI

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Staff Data Scientist & Applied AI expert to join their Enterprise Data & AI Solutions team. You will translate complex business challenges into scalable analytical solutions and production-grade models, focusing on customer analytics, forecasting, personalization, and generative AI applications. This role involves close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to deploy and scale advanced AI capabilities across the organization.

• Design, develop, and deploy statistical, predictive, and machine learning models
• Implement Generative AI solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs)
• Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and DevOps to productionize ML and GenAI solutions
• Design CI/CD pipelines for model lifecycle management
• 8+ years of experience in data science, with 2+ years in GenAI
