About this role

As a Lead Sales Strategy Analyst, you will be a key partner to EMEA Upmarket Sales leaders, driving data-backed decisions to boost productivity and revenue. You'll own analytics, build insightful reports, and influence senior leadership on strategy and investment for a critical segment of HubSpot's business.

What we are looking for

Partner with sales leaders to diagnose performance and define KPIs
Build and own core reporting assets in Looker, Hex, and SQL
Design and lead business processes for forecasting, headcount, and territory planning
Act as DRI on cross-functional projects, influencing stakeholders without authority
Coach other analysts and create scalable resources
Utilize AI tools for data analysis and process automation
