About this role

McKesson is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence & Automation Analyst to build and scale analytics, reporting, and value realization capabilities for their AI-enabled transformation program. This individual contributor role will design and own data models, ETL pipelines, dashboards, and automation solutions to transform complex data into trusted insights for executives.

What we are looking for

Design, build, and maintain program-level and Big Bet-level dashboards
Develop executive-facing reporting for leadership updates
Automate recurring benefit and program reporting end to end
Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
Ingest and integrate data from multiple sources into harmonized datasets
Codify KPI definitions and benefit-realization methodologies into governed data models
