Join DaVita Integrated Kidney Care's analytics team to measure the causal impact of care models on patient outcomes. You will design and execute statistical analyses, build predictive models, and communicate findings to drive program decisions and improve value-based contract performance.

• Design and execute observational studies using quasi-experimental methods
• Build and interpret regression models for treatment effects
• Apply Bayesian or frequentist inference frameworks
• Build, validate, and monitor predictive models for care management
• Incorporate large language models and AI-assisted tooling into analytic workflows
• Communicate complex statistical findings to clinical, financial, and operational stakeholders
