Senior Data Scientist

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be instrumental in driving the intelligence behind our marketing campaigns by building and deploying advanced machine learning models. You will lead end-to-end data science projects, utilizing causal inference and optimization techniques to enhance offer allocation and customer experience across global markets. This role requires bridging the gap between complex data science and commercial strategy, ensuring robust and impactful technical solutions.

• Lead end-to-end data science and AI projects from ideation to production deployment
• Build models using causal inference, uplift modeling, and optimization techniques
• Deploy scalable, production-grade ML pipelines on cloud infrastructure
• Apply causal inference and RCTs to measure true incremental impact
• Partner with leadership to translate model outcomes into business decisions
• Champion high coding standards and mentor junior colleagues
