Co-Op, Data Analyst

Join a 6-month co-op program as a Data Analyst within Fidelity's AI Center of Excellence. You will work with diverse data sources to uncover patterns, build and evaluate ML models, and support the development of AI systems to improve customer financial wellbeing in the financial services industry.

• Work with diverse data sources including customer attributes, transactional history, and call recordings
• Build, refine, and evaluate ML models for recommendations and financial insights
• Support development of agentic AI systems for customer financial opportunity identification
• Run experiments, conduct model diagnostics, and analyze performance
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and financial planning specialists
• Gain hands-on experience with real AI systems in Wealth & Brokerage
