Lead a team of 2-4 analysts in data analysis and BI reporting
Analyze medical billing, claims, reimbursement, and financial performance
Write complex SQL queries for large datasets
Develop and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and KPIs
Identify revenue leakage and operational inefficiencies
Partner with Finance, Billing, Operations, and Sales departments
