Analytics Lead, Japan Partnerships

Udemy is seeking an Analytics Lead for Japan Partnerships to provide deep, actionable analytics and insights for their Japan and indirect partner channels. This role will optimize partner performance, drive data-driven decisions, and accelerate regional revenue growth. Fluency in both Japanese and English is required for this highly visible position.

• Develop and manage KPIs and reporting framework for Udemy Japan and partner ecosystem
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and performance
• Conduct in-depth analysis of the Udemy Japan business to identify growth opportunities
• Support Japan Partner Account Managers with data for QBRs and conferences
• Analyze effectiveness of partner initiatives and promotions in the region
• Assist in forecasting for Corporate and Consumer business
