QTS is seeking a Data Analyst to analyze and maintain execution analytics throughout the development lifecycle, focusing on equipment tracking, construction progress, and operational readiness. You will leverage data from various systems to provide reporting, lifecycle analytics, and actionable insights to support decision-making.

What we are looking for

Develop and manage dashboards for tracking engineering progress, equipment status, construction, and turnover
Partner with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for data accuracy and delivery alignment
Leverage data from Oracle, Autodesk Forma, Palantir, Smartsheet, CxAlloy, and ServiceNow
Surface lifecycle risks and cost drivers to inform TCO planning
Enable structured insights for scenario planning and risk mitigation
Lead and develop a team of analysts supporting execution data and reporting tools
