About this role

As a Principal Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be a senior member of our Business Intelligence Centre of Excellence, partnering with stakeholders to design, develop, and govern enterprise reporting, analytics, and automation solutions. This role combines business engagement, technical delivery, and data modeling to enable scalable analytics and support self-service BI adoption.

What we are looking for

Partner with business stakeholders to define analytical requirements and KPIs
Lead design and development of enterprise reporting solutions using Power BI
Develop and maintain shared semantic models and business measures
Perform data analysis and validation using SQL, DAX, and Python
Establish BI standards, development practices, and governance controls
Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency
