About this role
Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy advanced AI/ML models and analytics solutions for GSK's US commercial oncology business. You will uncover key business insights, drive data-driven decision-making, and contribute to innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and HCP engagement.
What we are looking for 6
- Manage a team of 2-4 data scientists and engineers
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models for customer segmentation, brand performance, and predictive patient modeling
- Automate data analytics and insights delivery using CI/CD frameworks
- Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions
- Leverage expertise in SQL, Python, PySpark, and cloud platforms like Databricks/Snowflake
- Contribute to GSK's data science community and best practices
