Own core business scorecards, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses
Translate ambiguous business questions into analytical plans and recommendations
Develop expertise in billing and subscription systems
Identify levers to improve subscriber health and revenue retention
Partner with Growth, Product, Content, and Customer Experience teams
Build executive-ready materials connecting data to narrative
