Join Braze as a People Data Analyst to support data-driven HR decisions. You will build reports, dashboards, and conduct ad-hoc analysis to provide insights on people programs and policies. This role collaborates with various People team functions, as well as Growth and IT departments.

Serve as an integral member of the People Data & Analytics team
Maintain and improve Workday and Looker dashboards
Audit data pipeline for accuracy across systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Snowflake)
Design and implement reports, dashboards, and analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to design data solutions
Extract and transform data for advanced modeling
