Business Analyst - Data Analytics & Reporting

Join the Data & Analytics team at Family Dollar to help drive the company's transformation into a data-driven organization. You will collaborate with business partners and engineers to define requirements and deliver scalable data and BI solutions, including dashboards and analytics tools, to support various departments like Marketing, Merchandising, and Finance.

• Develop enterprise data product strategy and requirements
• Build and own data products like dashboards and self-service analytics tools
• Partner with stakeholders to define UX and design prototypes
• Manage scrum teams and communicate product vision
• Conduct reporting, monitor KPIs, and measure product performance
• Ensure data quality and maintain documentation
