As a Principal Data Scientist at Walmart Marketplace, you will lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning products that enhance the experience for third-party sellers and customers. You will be a thought leader, guiding other data scientists and partnering with product managers and business stakeholders to solve complex challenges and drive innovation across a highly scalable e-commerce platform.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex ML products
• Guide and mentor a team of data scientists across multiple sub-domains
• Drive data science adoption and best practices within the Marketplace engineering organization
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable ML solutions
• Proactively identify complex business problems solvable with advanced ML techniques
• Ensure scalability, efficiency, and impact measurement of all ML products
