Bilingual Data Analyst

Sun Life is seeking a bilingual Data Analyst to join their Group Benefits Business Development team in Montreal. This hybrid role involves compiling, analyzing, and reporting on data from various sources to provide insights on benefit plan utilization and cost management. You will support Account Executives by creating customized reports and improving existing reporting processes.

• Compile and analyze data from multiple sources including Tableau, BOXI, and Express Scripts
• Produce easy-to-read reports for Account Executives, Advisors, and Clients
• Identify benefit plan utilization trends and cost management opportunities
• Provide ad hoc customized reports and support for client requests
• Evaluate and improve existing reports and streamline workflows
• Bilingualism in French and English is required
