What we are looking for

Lead and mentor a team of Data Scientists focused on Generative AI and LLMs
Develop and implement AI solutions for sales enablement, marketing, customer onboarding, and risk assessment
Guide prompt engineering, data curation, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices
Establish frameworks for evaluating LLM performance and ensuring adherence to model risk and regulatory requirements
Partner with business, technology, and risk teams to translate complex AI concepts
Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline with 7+ years of experience, including 2+ years of leadership
