Lead a team in shaping and delivering impactful data products for the commercial biopharma division. This role focuses on enabling data-driven decision-making and driving digital data solutions across global stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on Agile principles and AI/Gen AI readiness.

• Lead digital data product lifecycle management
• Shape vision, strategy, and roadmap for analytics datasets
• Manage portfolios of initiatives and track performance
• Ensure implementation of Agile principles and best practices
• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendor partners
• Drive data products with a Native AI/Gen AI mindset
