People Analytics Consultant

Transform people data into actionable insights to support HR business partners and leaders. This role involves integrating data from multiple systems to create dashboards, analytics models, and visualizations that inform people-related decisions. You will develop statistical, predictive, and machine learning models to drive business value and support organizational objectives.

• Collect, clean, and manage data for analysis, modeling, reporting, and dashboard development
• Develop and implement data visualizations using Workday, Power BI, and other tools
• Present and translate complex data findings to audiences at all levels
• Partner with HR COEs and business stakeholders to solve people-related challenges
• Develop statistical, predictive, machine learning, and AI-enabled models
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and enhance analytics capabilities
