Data Analyst, Value-Based Care Analytics

Counterpart Health is seeking a Data Analyst to join their value-based care analytics team. This role focuses on translating complex clinical and financial data into actionable insights for internal teams and external customers. You will build and maintain key performance metrics, develop customer-facing reports, and analyze Medicare Advantage data to identify trends and opportunities.

• Build and maintain VBC performance metrics (risk, quality, utilization, cost)
• Develop customer-facing analytics, reports, and dashboards
• Analyze Medicare Advantage performance data
• Translate complex data findings into executive-ready narratives
• Conduct deep-dive utilization and cost analyses
• Partner with Customer Success and Provider Operations for performance reviews
