Sales Analyst

Arch Capital Group is seeking a Sales Analyst in Greensboro, NC to create reports and dashboards for sales stakeholders using various data sources and BI tools. You will conduct market and territory analysis, track market share, and support sales account managers with customer questions and system improvements.

• Create reports and dashboards for sales stakeholders
• Provide research, trend analysis, and market intelligence
• Support Sales in creating customized and scheduled reports
• Create and maintain Lender and CU reporting and analysis
• Research compensation and crediting issues
• Assist with customer questions and business process improvements
