About this role

Russell Investments is seeking a Senior Quantitative Research Analyst to join their Research & Development team in Seattle. This role will lead and expand data-oriented research projects across the Investment Division, focusing on quantitative solutions, analysis, and bringing projects to fruition. You will also support and develop FX and futures overlay platforms and research, and provide guidance to junior team members.

What we are looking for

Conduct bespoke research projects on investment topics, especially FX and derivatives
Perform portfolio construction research
Direct research using Python, SQL, and internal tools
Develop quantitative solutions and analysis
Partner with associates across the Investment Division
Provide guidance to junior associates
