LSEG is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to drive the adoption of advanced technologies and develop enterprise-ready data-driven solutions for D&A Operations. This role involves partnering with Operations and Technology teams to design and deliver scalable, innovative solutions using expertise in AI/ML, NLP, deep learning, and Generative AI.

What we are looking for

Lead end-to-end data science initiatives from design to delivery
Develop and optimize production-grade AI models including LLMs and RAG
Expertise in LLMOps, MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI/ML strategies
Hands-on technical expertise in Python, ML/DL frameworks, and NLP
Experience with AI agents, synthetic data, and multimodal AI
