Senior Data Analyst

Abbott is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their Engineering Data & Analytics team in Kilkenny, Ireland. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights to improve manufacturing and engineering operations, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams locally and globally, developing analytics solutions and influencing business strategy through data-driven recommendations.

• Analyze manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop KPIs, metrics, and performance measures to support business objectives
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to solve complex business challenges
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Support global analytics programs and ensure effective adoption of solutions
• Communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
