Senior Data Scientist

Quantum is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to own and advance our forecasting and strategy models. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of these models, from data infrastructure and algorithm development to experimental validation and translating complex outputs into actionable business insights. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape data-driven decision-making in a performance-focused environment.

• Own model infrastructure, algorithms, and pipelines for data interrogation and reporting
• Design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses and improve forecasting accuracy
• Select, build, and evaluate appropriate statistical and machine learning models
• Translate model outputs into clear, decision-ready reports for stakeholders
• Advance modeling standards and challenge AI assumptions
• Several years of production ML/statistical modeling experience
