Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will transform operational data into actionable insights to enhance productivity, quality, and customer service within our warehouse operations. You will collaborate with operations leadership to identify trends, develop essential reporting, and drive data-informed decisions in a dynamic distribution environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical abilities who can effectively communicate findings and build scalable reporting solutions.

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and root causes
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools
• Monitor key operational metrics like productivity and quality
• Partner with operations managers on labor planning and forecasting
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for leadership
• Experience with SQL and Power BI or similar BI platforms
