As a Data Science and Business Intelligence Generalist, you will be the primary technical expert for AI, analytics, and automation within the People Team. You will design, build, and deploy innovative solutions using modern technologies to solve complex business challenges and drive measurable outcomes. This role requires translating business needs into scalable technical solutions and championing data best practices across the organization.

- Design, build, test, deploy, and support analytics, AI, and automation solutions
- Develop dashboards, reports, agents, copilots, workflows, and predictive models
- Apply data modeling and data architecture principles to solve business challenges
- Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations
- Develop and configure AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and enterprise AI platforms
- Implement prompt engineering, RAG, and workflow automation solutions
