Intel is seeking a Data Scientist to join their Advanced Packaging Technology and Manufacturing team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role focuses on improving manufacturing processes, yield, and stability through data analytics and machine learning. You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop data-driven solutions and deploy them in production environments.

• Analyze manufacturing, process, equipment, and yield data
• Develop and validate machine learning models for process monitoring and prediction
• Build proof-of-concepts for predictive analytics in manufacturing
• Translate manufacturing problems into scalable data solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deploy practical production solutions
• Develop dashboards and automated analysis tools
