CX Business Intelligence Analyst

Gusto is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their Customer Experience team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the data pipelines, models, and dashboards that ensure trustworthy and self-serve CX data. This role involves answering critical questions about customer outcomes and partnering with various teams to drive data strategy.

• Own ambiguous problems and design analysis frameworks
• Build and maintain robust data reporting pipelines and ETL workflows
• Apply advanced statistical methods and AI-driven anomaly detection
• Develop and scale reporting using DBT and Snowflake
• Partner with CX leaders and cross-functional teams
• Present complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
