Senior Data Analyst

Goucher College seeks a Senior Data Analyst to provide critical analytic and technical support for institutional research and effectiveness. You will leverage data to enhance student success, improve processes, and inform strategic decisions. This role involves data management, deriving insights, and presenting findings to senior leadership, with a focus on federal and state reporting, student success metrics, and data visualization.

• Prepare and automate federal and state reports, including IPEDS, MHEC, and MICUA
• Develop and maintain data systems and models for accurate reporting
• Create compelling institutional dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI or Tableau
• Ensure data integrity and participate in data governance
• Design and administer surveys to gather actionable insights
• Five years of data analytics experience required
