Sr Marketing Data Scientist

Athene is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join their marketing analytics team. This role will manage predictive models that drive marketing strategy, encompassing the full project lifecycle from development to recalibration. You will work with various data sources, build models for customer behavior, and establish MLOps frameworks.

• Develop, validate, and recalibrate statistical and machine learning models
• Manage internal and external data sources for analysis
• Build propensity, cross-sell, churn, and attribution models
• Establish and manage MLOps framework
• Communicate data-driven insights to non-technical audiences
• 5+ years of experience in predictive modeling
