(USA) Senior, Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will develop analytical solutions that connect data and business signals across the merchandising lifecycle. You will translate complex business questions into actionable insights, investigate process drivers, and deliver scalable analytical solutions in partnership with business and technical teams.

• Analyze data across planning, assortment, PO execution, inventory, fulfillment, and stores
• Develop trusted metrics and data assets by reconciling sources and improving data quality
• Apply statistical methods and forecasting to complex merchandising questions
• Translate findings into clear visualizations and recommendations
• Own analytical work from problem definition through delivery
• Strong SQL and Python/R skills for large datasets
