Director, Data Scientist

Lead the enterprise-wide data science and AI strategy, driving the implementation of advanced analytics initiatives to enhance business growth and customer experience. You will build and manage the Data Science & GenAI/AI Agents capability, enabling country teams with best practices and training.

• Set enterprise-wide data science and AI strategy, roadmap, process, and tools
• Drive implementation of strategic data science initiatives (Smart Insurance, Auto ML, advanced analytics)
• Build and manage Data Science & GenAI/AI Agents capability and team
• Enable country data science teams through strategy design, best practice sharing, training, and coaching
• Deliver actionable insights through machine learning and AI/GenAI
• Collaborate with stakeholders to innovate new products, tools, and processes using AI
