Sr. Manager, Data Reporting & Analytics

Lead the enterprise Power BI and reporting function, managing a team of developers and driving the transition to standardized Microsoft Fabric-based analytics. This role requires strong people leadership, deep technical expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, and enterprise-level coordination to ensure scalable, governed, and performant reporting solutions.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Power BI developers
• Own the enterprise reporting portfolio across multiple ERP systems
• Lead the evolution to Microsoft Fabric-aligned analytics patterns
• Set technical standards for Power BI, semantic modeling, and DAX
• Act as the senior reporting point-of-contact for business and ERP stakeholders
• Promote adoption of standardized patterns and continuous improvement
