Business Analyst - Business Intelligence & Metrics

Fortra is seeking a Business Intelligence & Metrics Analyst to develop and operationalize enterprise metrics, KPIs, and dashboards across various functions. This role transforms data into actionable insights to support leadership decision-making and improve operational effectiveness. You will create visualizations, establish reporting standards, and partner with stakeholders to define and measure performance.

• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks
• Create meaningful visualizations of organizational performance and business trends
• Partner with departmental leaders to define, document, and measure KPIs and OKRs
• Analyze business performance, project execution, and operational effectiveness
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing data-driven insights
• Convert complex operational data into concise, actionable business insights
