Predictive Insights Business Analyst 

As a Business Analyst on the Predictive Insights team, you will bridge the gap between operational needs and technology solutions. You will translate business requirements and data challenges into practical applications, reporting, and analytics to help predict and prevent asset failures. This role offers growth and mentorship at the intersection of operations, data, and technology.

• Lead business analysis for complex application initiatives
• Elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and data requirements
• Analyze processes to identify optimization and automation opportunities
• Partner with technical teams on scalable application and data solutions
• Support testing, change management, and user adoption
• Advanced SQL querying and data analysis
